 Stuff happens and life can be difficult. Or sometimes nothing seems to be happening and motivation is in short supply. Having a trusted partner can be of help. In our work together, we’ll establish an environment where your thoughts and feelings are heard and understood. We will focus on your immediate concerns along with your goals, values, and deeper questions of meaning and authenticity. Our work together will be rooted in curiosity, respect, and caring. My focus areas are anxiety, lack of motivation, depression, ADHD, and family relationships. I also enjoy working on challenging transitions, planned or unplanned.
